Common Terms & Conditions Questions

You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of a supported region where pososlot operates, and able to verify your identity with official documents. Account holders must not have outstanding disputes with us. Read the full eligibility clause in Section 2 of our Terms & Conditions.

Minor breaches (like gameplay disputes) trigger an investigation. Serious breaches (multi-accounting, bonus abuse, fraud) may result in account suspension, fund forfeiture or permanent closure. We'll notify you in writing before taking action and explain your right to appeal within 14 days.

We can update Terms & Conditions, but we'll notify you via email and in-app alert at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you disagree, you can close your account penalty-free before the effective date. Continued account use after the deadline means you accept the new terms.

If your QRIS, DANA, OVO or GoPay deposit fails, funds return to your payment provider within 2–5 business days. We investigate all withdrawal delays within 48 hours. If we find an error on our side, we credit your account immediately. File a dispute through support if a transaction disappears.

Bonus terms are an addendum to your main account agreement. Wagering rules, expiry dates and withdrawal locks are separate from gameplay terms but equally binding. Bonus abuse violations can result in forfeiture and account closure under the general conduct clause.

Yes — you can request account closure anytime from Account Settings. We refund your real-money balance (minus any active bonus balances) to your original QRIS, DANA, OVO or GoPay account within 3–5 business days. Closure is permanent; reopening requires a new verification process.

We're liable for direct losses caused by our negligence or system errors (e.g., lost deposits we fail to process). We're not liable for third-party payment delays, your device malfunction, or losses from your own account security breach. See Section 9 of Terms & Conditions for full liability limits.
